Roll, then pick which of your tokens should travel. Rolling a six releases a token onto the track and earns a bonus roll. Landing on a rival token (not on a safe square) sends it back to its yard. Reach home with an exact roll. Get all four tokens home first to win.

About this game
The board game behind countless family evenings and a good deal of friendly grumbling. Each player has four tokens waiting in their yard. A roll of six brings one out onto the track and earns another roll, though three sixes in a row forfeits your turn. Move your tokens round the board and up your own coloured lane, landing home on an exact roll. Land on an opponent outside the safe squares and they’re sent back to the yard. Choose a table of one, two or three computer rivals and see who brings all four home first. Free to play in your browser, with no download and no sign-up.
Family tips
Spread your progress rather than racing one token alone. Having two or three on the board gives you choices for every roll, which means you can more often pick a safe move or a capture.
Use the safe squares, the starting spots and the starred squares around the track. Resting there means rivals can’t send you home, which matters most when an opponent is just a few spaces behind.
Weigh up a capture against safety. Knocking a rival home is lovely, but if it leaves your token exposed right in front of another player, sometimes the quieter move is wiser.
