The famous two-deck challenge — build in suit, one card at a time.
About Forty Thieves
The grand test of the solitaire world, named for the forty cards dealt out at the start. With two full decks in play you build the tableau down in matching suits, moving strictly one card at a time, and there is no second trip through the stock. Napoleon is said to have whiled away his exile playing it, and one game will show you why it demands real patience: every move counts, and careless ones cannot be taken back for long. Free to play in your browser — no download, no sign-up.
How to Play
Build tableau columns DOWN in the same suit, moving one card at a time. Any card may fill an empty column. The stock deals one card at a time — with no redeal. Build all eight foundations from Ace to King to win.
